Driveway Sealcoating & Asphalt Repair questions

Why seal a driveway?

Sealer protects asphalt from water, sun and oil, which slows the cracking and fading. It also makes an old driveway look new again.

Will sealer fix cracks and holes?

No. Sealer is a coating, so cracks get filled and holes get patched first. If the driveway is crumbling or sinking, sealer won't hold, and a new asphalt layer is the better fix. We tell you which one it needs at the estimate.

How long before I can drive on it?

Keep cars off it for about 24 to 48 hours so the sealer can cure. We tell you when it is ready on the day we do it.

How often should a driveway be sealed?

Every 2 to 3 years for most driveways.

Can you do it in cold weather?

Sealer needs about 50 degrees and dry days to cure. Late-season jobs depend on the forecast, and we are booking spring jobs now.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Military members and seniors 60+ get 10% off, and we take 10% off around the holidays. Mention it when you book and it comes off the price we give you at the estimate. We take cash, Cash App and all major credit cards.
